I thing a woman can be a good leader such as a man because they are as clever and capable as men. They think more sly and they can face facts calmly. I think they have the incentive and privilege of beauty that can affect people and situations They live much longe than men.
The reasons that impede women to be a leader is the ability to conceive and deliver baby which needs massive energy and resistant organism. Imagine that you need to bring your infant inside your body for 9 months, whenever and wherever you go. Women are more close to the family and children.
